**The Opportunity**

**MaintWiz** is looking for roles in Customer Success to enhance Product Functionalities.

This is an opportunity to build Industry 4.0 SaaS platform for big enterprise clients. Developer is responsible for Android / iOS based mobile app for our enterprise customers. He / she will be working with other talented team members and Sr. Management professionals to deliver a world class solution. We’re looking for a sharp, energetic and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions for industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Customer Implementations. Should be good in project management, customer support, communications and upselling.
- Handling Enterprise Customers - Requirements management, Project exectuion, Queries clarification, configuration changes, user training, onboarding assistance
- Collaborating with other Software team members to develop solutions.
- Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
- Troubleshoot / Test production issues, performance issues, defects fixes to improve customer experience
- Collaborate and share feedback with teams to improve the development process.

**Requirements**:

- MBA degree is mandatory. BE is a plus.
- MBAs with Shop Floor / Production Experience who want to change career path are also welcome.
- Good academic track record with analytical skills.
- Hands on experience in building / testing / implementing IT product / SaaS services is preferred.
- Good customer handling skills. Mandatory to be fluent in English, Hindi and one regional language.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into testing requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 per year
