We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to support our online and offline marketing initiatives.

You will be responsible for executing social media marketing strategies, creating visual content for our website and WhatsApp messages, and attending weekly farmer's markets and other company events.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies, including creating and scheduling stories, posts, and reels across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for our website and WhatsApp messages, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and messaging.
- Attend weekly farmer's markets and other company events, representing the company and engaging with potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Assist in the planning and organization of marketing events and promotional activities

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Canva or equivalent software.
- Experience with InShot or similar software for creating and editing Reels.
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Ability to work in an environment that requires solving ambiguous problems, being fluid, and multitasking
- We’re looking for extremely strong first-principles problem solvers, who have a maker/builder within them and want to bring to life consumer insights to revolutionize the organic food sector

**Work timings**: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Sat)

**Job type**: Full-time (no part-time allowed)
