- **Mentoring and Guidance**:Providing academic guidance and support to students, helping them understand complex concepts.
- **Parent Communication**:Maintaining regular communication with parents regarding student progress and performance.
- **Professional Development**:Participating in faculty meetings, workshops, and other professional development activities.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:Assisting in the organization and supervision of extracurricular activities.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

In addition to these core responsibilities, PGTs may also be involved in:

- Supervising student research projects.
- Serving on academic committees.
- Mentoring junior teachers.
- Contributing to the development of learning materials.
- Assisting with the preparation of question papers.
- Participating in school events and initiatives

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
