.**Skills & Qualifications**

Ø Min 2 years as a Graphic DesignØ Should have Experience working in an Advertising/Marketing AgencyØ A design portfolio exhibiting good creative skills & design expertiseØ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.Ø Experience in working in a startup/product companyØ Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably with a focus on social media design.Ø Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Ø Strong understanding of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices.Ø Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate brand messages.Ø Ability to create with mínimal supervision as well as package and present creative solutions in an inspiring mannerØ Ability to see design as a tool for solving communication problemsØ A conceptual thinker and problem solver who is wildly creative and also obsessively meticulousØ Software Expertise: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, In-design Sketch (Good to have)
