This position has been created to give Intern exposure to Change the Bank function that caters to the CFO division and in particular introduce to one of the Bank's Global initiatives, the Change team is working on to centralize all reporting processes across all businesses, into a bank-wide reporting utility.

The intern will be involved in Data Analysis, Project Management (creation and maintenance of trackers and plans) ,pack preparation for key presentations to stakeholders and overall responsibility to set up a governance structure to the programme. Some of the key tasks will be to:

- Participate in regular programme working groups and other project meetings to capture key discussions and action
- Document actions and meeting discussions and hold people accountable to complete actions per action tracker due dates
- Perform analysis of reporting data as appropriate and necessary
- Ensure all program details are correctly updated in the golden source tracking tool
- All timelines, milestones, and status updates are completed as expected in regular internals
- Engage with stakeholders to understand gaps and variances in plans
- Revised and maintain the project plans

This approach helps the organization to create a talent pool in the industry at the same time, make students aware of the various opportunities in Finance.
- Review Risk & Pnl moves and comment on outliers by analyzing trading and price movements.
- Validate Pnl greeks (attribution) and generate reports for Trading desk and other stake holders.
- Engage with traders to understand and explain variance between estimates and actual numbers
- Participate in UAT cycles of system or process enhancement projects.
- Run process related to month-end close.
