**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analyze fashion trends to inform design decisions.
- Develop original design concepts and create mood boards to communicate ideas.
- Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for garments.
- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample makers to create prototypes.
- Evaluate samples for fit and quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and production.
- Present collections to stakeholders and participate in fashion shows.
- Oversee the production process to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers for materials.
- Contribute to branding and marketing strategies for collections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Skills**:

- Creativity and artistic vision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, and fashion history.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
