Mis Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Design, create, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements (e.g., sales, operations, project progress).
- Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of business data, providing insights into performance metrics across projects and departments.
- Maintain and update databases and systems to facilitate accurate decision-making.
- **MIS Data Analysis**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business units to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend areas of improvement based on data analysis.
- Track operational and project-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Dashboard Management**:

- Create and maintain interactive dashboards to present data visually for easy understanding by stakeholders.
- Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to generate actionable insights.
- **Support Decision-Making**:

- Work closely with senior management and department heads to provide data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting by analyzing historical data and making future projections.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- **System & Software Management**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot MIS software and systems to ensure they function efficiently.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and software to improve data reporting and collection.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR) to gather relevant data for reports.
- Ensure smooth data flow between departments and assist in training staff on data entry procedures.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Ensure proper documentation of all reports, data analysis processes, and recommendations.
- Maintain organized records for audit purposes and to track project metrics.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in MIS, Data Analytics, or related areas are preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably in the advertising, printing, or operations sector.
- Experience handling large datasets and working with reporting tools and software.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros).
- Experience with MIS software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create meaningful insights from data.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present data effectively.
- **Behavioral Competencies**:

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Keen attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies in data.
- **Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the outdoor advertising or printing industry.
- Ability to develop custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
