Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high‑quality **Continental** dishes (e.g., French, Italian, Mediterranean styles) and **authentic Chinese** offerings with consistent standard and creativity.
- Design, develop, and update menus blending Continental and Chinese dishes, incorporating seasonal and international trends.
- Oversee a kitchen section or the full operation depending on establishment size; supervise, train, and mentor cooking staff (commis, demi‑chefs, line cooks).
- Maintain **food safety, hygiene**, and **kitchen cleanliness** in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage **inventory, cost control**, procurement, and ensure mínimal wastage across both cuisine areas.
- Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house, purchasing, and management teams; engage in pre‑shift briefings and feedback sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
