**Required Qualifications**

**MA in English (with NET)/PhD.**

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of individual students

Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and pronunciation

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves

Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their growth

Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with curriculum objectives

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methods

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement

Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information

Promote a culture of respect, exclusivity, and diversity within the classroom

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 4 years (required)
- Making lesson Plans: 4 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
