**Job Title**: Voice/Chat Process Associate

**Roles & Responsiblities**:
Provide accurate and timely information to customers via voice or chat support channels.

Resolve customer queries and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions.

Maintain and record data of every interaction in the system.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English required.

12th pass or Graduates both can be considered.

Both freshers & Experienced can apply.

Prior experience in a voice/chat customer service or support role is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Comfortable with Immediate Joining.

- Noida & Gurugram**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
