**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up regularly.
- Explain course details (Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, IT-related courses).
- Convince and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and daily reports.
- Work with admissions team to achieve monthly enrollment targets.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months of Telecalling/Sales experience (Education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication in **English, Telugu & Hindi**.
- Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT/Cyber Security courses is an added advantage (training provided).
- Target-driven & self-motivated.
