**Job Purpose**:
Genus Innovation Ltd., part of the prestigious Genus Group, is a global leader in power backup solutions including inverters, batteries, solar panels, lithium-ion batteries, and EV chargers. This role ensures accurate financial management, compliance with GST/TDS, and seamless integration of financial and operational processes, supporting the organization’s financial integrity and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and manage expenses with GST/TDS compliance.
- Prepare and process vendor/employee payment requests.
- Perform vendor, customer, and bank reconciliations.
- Support GST filings and financial reporting.
- Record and monitor Capex expenses with proper documentation.

**Key Skills and Competencies Desired Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on expense management, vendor relations, and employee accounts.

Proficiency in accounting software SAP.

Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

Experience in bank reconciliation and capex expense booking.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. CA Inter, CMA. MBA are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹465,000.00 per year
