**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with locating products and completing purchases.
- **Sales & Merchandising**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Assist in product displays and ensure adherence to merchandising guidelines.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock adjustments.
- **Store Operations**:

- Open and close the store following established procedures.
- Handle cash drawer and ensure proper handling of cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks to keep the store presentable.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in operating a POS system
- Experience with inventory management a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
