Stores Officer

**Position: Officer/Sr. Officer - Stores (Job Location: Utraula / Khamberkhera, UP)**

The role holder is responsible for managing receipts, storage, dispatch of equipments, assets, inventory and materials residue being a part of day to day power plant operations. Is also responsible for issuance of materials on FIFO/FEFO basis, generation of Goods Inspection Report (GIR), Goods Receipt Note (GRN), Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), prepare various kinds of required operational MIS and liaising and coordination with various stakeholders, vendors and authorities.

**Key Deliverables**
- Inward and outward management of the materials
- Accountable for inventory management, plant equipment, assets and fly ash dispatch.
- Should have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office Applications.
- Coordination with the suppliers.
- Stores/warehouse management.
- Preparation of daily/monthly MIS Reports.
- Generation of GIR, GRNs, PR & PO
- Day to day coordination with operations and other departments intra unit/inter unit

**Key Skills (Functional & Behavioural)**
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/Hana & MS office platform
- Understanding of principles of stores/warehousing, inventory control, vendor management
- Proactive approach, time management and detail orientation skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline or higher qualification
- Relevant Experience: 6-9 Yrs
- Position Level - Officer/Sr. officer/Assistant Manager
- Preferably from power plant setup or heavy engineering setup

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
