**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Handling**:

- Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting fabric, materials, and garments within the factory premises.
- Arrange materials systematically in designated areas.
- **Support Production Team**:

- Provide support to machine operators and tailors by preparing tools, threads, and fabric as required.
- Ensure smooth workflow by promptly responding to requests from production staff.
- **Inspection and Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished garments for defects such as loose threads, stains, or tears.
- Report any issues to the supervisor for corrective action.
- **Maintenance of Work Area**:

- Keep the workspace clean and organized, ensuring safety standards are met.
- Dispose of waste materials in designated bins.
- **Packaging and Labeling**:

- Assist in folding, packaging, and labeling garments for shipment or storage.
- Ensure accuracy in counts and labeling.
- **General Duties**:

- Perform basic tasks like stitching minor tears, attaching buttons, or cutting threads if needed.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock management as directed by the supervisor.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: No formal education is required, but basic literacy is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a garment factory or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced garment manufacturing setup.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations is mandatory.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
