**Location**: Bangalore (On-site)
**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented **Education Counselor - Inside Sales & Marketing** to join our team in **Bangalore**. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment, enjoys guiding students, and has a flair for sales and communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert leads into successful enrollments by understanding student needs and recommending suitable courses
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales funnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up diligently on inquiries and leads to drive maximum conversions
- Provide support during webinars, events, and online info sessions
**Requirements Skills**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in education counseling, inside sales, or EdTech industry
- **Languages**: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; Kannada is an added advantage
- **Education**: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
