Implantologist

We are seeking a Consultant Implantologist & Periodontist or Implantologist & Prosthodontist to lead advanced dental implant procedures and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Implant Placement and Management**
- **Implant Placement**: Perform implant placements, including immediate implants, with high precision, utilizing advanced imaging and planning techniques.
- **Prosthetic Management**: Oversee the management of temporary and final prostheses, ensuring proper fit, functionality, and aesthetic integration with the patient’s oral structure.
- **Sinus Procedures**: Conduct direct and indirect sinus lifts as needed to facilitate successful implant placements.
- **Full Mouth Implant Cases**: Handle comprehensive full mouth implant cases using various advanced techniques, ensuring optimal outcomes.

**Surgical Procedures**
- **Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery**: Execute minor oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including: ○ **Impactions**: Remove impacted teeth, particularly third molars, using appropriate surgical techniques.

○ **Extractions**: Perform simple and complex extractions with a focus on minimizing patient discomfort and promoting healing.

○ **Cyst Enucleation**: Remove cystic lesions from the jaw to prevent complications and promote oral health.

○ **Biopsies**: Conduct oral biopsies to diagnose pathological conditions effectively. **Patient Care and Consultations**
- **Comprehensive Care**: Provide thorough pre-operative and post-operative care, including detailed instructions to enhance recovery.
- **Consultations**: Conduct video and telephonic consultations with qualified implant patients, assessing their needs and discussing treatment options.

**Operational Duties**
- **Multi-Center Operations**: Visit multiple Dezy centers for implant treatments and consultations, ensuring consistency in care delivery.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient interactions.
- **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to rigorous safety and hygiene protocols in all clinical settings to ensure patient and staff safety.
- **Clinic Responsibilities**: Undertake specific duties and responsibilities as directed by the clinic supervisor, contributing to overall clinic efficiency.

**Collaboration and Protocol Improvement**
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with dental and medical staff to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care across disciplines.
- **Protocol Development**: Actively contribute to improving clinic protocols and treatment practices based on evidence-based research and clinical outcomes.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS) and Master’s degree in Dental Surgery (MDS) with a specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Implantology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental implantology, with a strong focus on managing complex cases and advanced surgical techniques.
- **Specialized Skills**: Proficient in performing Zygoma and Pterygoid implants, with a robust understanding of dental anatomy and implant-related technologies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interaction with patients and a multidisciplinary team.
- **Commitment to Care**: Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development, staying updated with advancements in implantology and oral/maxillofacial surgery.

**Work Location**:

- In-person at multiple Dezy Bangalore centers

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
