Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Aarthik Housing Limited's real estate projects and services.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and payment options.
- Understand customer requirements, address their queries, and offer suitable solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a customer database, recording all interactions and updating relevant information for future reference.
- Achieve set targets and goals in terms of lead generation, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and property visits for interested customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical practices while interacting with customers and handling confidential information.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the telecalling process.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers effectively.
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using telecommunication software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to convert leads into sales.
- Good organizational skills to manage a large volume of calls and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate customer preferences.
