**Job Title: Production & Quality Coordinator (Fabrication, Powder Coating & Design)**

**Department: Kiosk Production / Quality / Operations**

**Job Summary**:
**The Production & Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating activities between the fabrication team, powder coating vendors, and the design team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time and as per specifications. This role focuses on effective communication, quality control, and smooth workflow to meet customer and project requirements. Need to find out new Fabrication and powder quote venders who will give quality, timely delivery and cost effective**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate daily production activities between fabrication, powder coating vendors, and the design team.**

**Review technical drawings, material specifications, and customer requirements; ensure proper communication to vendors and internal teams.**

**Conduct inspections at various stages—pre-fabrication, post-fabrication, pre-coating, and post-coating—to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.**

**Ensure proper surface preparation and monitor powder coating quality, including thickness, adhesion, finish, and color accuracy.**

**Track production schedules, identify bottlenecks or delays, and proactively resolve issues to meet delivery deadlines.**

**Work closely with the design team to resolve technical queries, suggest improvements, and incorporate design changes.**

**Maintain documentation, including production status reports, quality checklists, non-conformance reports (NCR), and corrective/preventive actions.**

**Evaluate and monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and adherence to standards.**

**Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all stages of production.**

**Provide regular progress updates to management and recommend process improvements.**

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.**

**2-5 years of experience in fabrication, powder coating, production coordination, or quality assurance roles.**

**Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, surface treatment, and powder coating methods.**

**Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.**

**Familiarity with quality inspection methods, tools (e.g., DFT gauges, adhesion tests), and documentation.**

**Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.**

**Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.**

**Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**On-time delivery rate**

**Rework/rejection rate**

**Vendor quality performance**

**Compliance with design specifications**

**Effective coordination and issue resolution**

**Work Environment**:
**Factory/shopfloor and vendor site visits required**

**May need to work extended hours to meet urgent production deadlines**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
