**Position : Medical Transcription/ Medical Typist**
**Job Responsibilities -**
- To transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
- Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
- Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
- To coordinate with Nursing Team if dictation required help in interpretation.
- to do the discharge summary typing before the patient discharges
- If the hand written summary received, type and send for consultants signature.
- To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
**Desired Profile
- **
**Graduate / H.S.C+ Course in Medical Transcription with experience of typing various reports having 2 - 5 years from Hospitals Industry. Working in shift duty is must.
**Must have exposure in healthcare sector (Hospital)**
