**Project Supervision**: Oversee and coordinate data cabling projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and guide a team of cabling engineers, supporting their development and maintaining an effective, motivated workforce.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting risk assessments as needed.
- **Troubleshooting and Maintenance**: Address technical issues swiftly and provide maintenance support to ensure reliable system performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within data cabling or technical building systems.
