**What You’ll Do**
- Spot profitable opportunities in hotel acquisitions and developments.
- Build **rock-solid financial models** to forecast returns and risk.
- Dive deep into market research—comps, ADRs, RevPAR, occupancy trends.
- Analyze construction and renovation budgets for real-world feasibility.
- Prepare **investment memos** that turn complex data into clear decisions.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams.

**What You Bring**
- Experience underwriting **hotel investments**—developments, renovations, and conversions.
- A strong grasp of **key hospitality metrics** (RevPAR, ADR, cap rates, occupancy).
- Bachelor’s in **Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Hospitality**, or related field.
- Advanced **Excel** skills and a head for numbers.
