The role is that of a ‘Architect’ that will report to the Directors.
- Responsible for planning and designing as per present DCR & SRA guidelines
- Responsible for taking approvals for all types of buildings to be made while keeping in mind present rules and regulations
- Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same
- Coordinate with and visit the approving authorities on a regular basis for statutory approvals and drive the timely approvals
- Coordination with Project Architects for the same
- Management, coordination with in house engineers and outside consultants to get all approvals expeditiously
- Must have Bachelors degree in Architecture
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Architect in Real Estate Industry with Residential & Commercial Projects
- Knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a must
- Must be updated in latest market trends and technology advances applicable to the field of Architecture
- Must have done drawing for Municipal submission and be capable of liaising which liaisons staff for completing municipal required drawing
- Must have knowledge of preparation of Municipal drawings

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
