3D Graphics Designer

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Graphics Designer to join our team at Tia Beauty. As a 3D Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning 3D models and posters that effectively represent our brand and products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop high-quality 3D models of cosmetic products and packaging.

2. Design captivating posters, banners, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual assets for various platforms.

4. Ensure consistency in branding and design across all projects.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in 3D modeling and graphic design.

6. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

7. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in 3D modeling and graphic design.

2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D modeling and graphic design.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Animation, or related field preferred.
