**1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development**
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, targeting the right audience across various digital channels.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine and optimize strategies for better results.

**2. Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Plan and create engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and ads.
- Monitor, analyse, and respond to customer feedback, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., likes, shares, comments, engagement rates) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve reach and engagement.

**3. AI Tools and Automation**
- Leverage AI-driven tools for social media automation, content creation, and marketing analytics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Use AI-powered tools to analyze user behavior, segment audiences, personalize marketing efforts, and predict trends.
- Implement AI-based chatbots and customer service tools to enhance lead generation, support, and user engagement.

**4. Lead Generation and Nurturing**
- Integrate lead generation tools and CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring they are followed up on in a timely and efficient manner.

**5. Paid Advertising Campaigns (PPC, Social Ads)**
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and creatives based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- A/B test different ads and strategies to determine the most effective approach for lead generation.

**6. Content Creation and SEO**
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to create compelling and shareable content.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**
- Use data from social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Regularly generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and lead quality.
- Use insights to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.

**8. Market Research and Trend Analysis**
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and AI tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Research competitors, audience behavior, and industry changes to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.

**9. Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination**
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly handed off and followed up on.
- Work with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.

**10. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Utilize CRM platforms to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyse customer journeys.

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
