**Job Title: Telecaller Representative**

**Job purpose**:
Engage customers effectively, showcasing language proficiency and product knowledge, to drive sales and contribute to business objectives as a Telecaller.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers through effective questioning to sustain ongoing communication.
- Prioritize active listening to enhance opportunities for repeat sales.
- Document and organize client information, including payment details, purchase history, and product feedback.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promptly inform customers about new arrivals.
- Responsively address customer inquiries regarding products.
- Meet assigned sales quotas to contribute to overall team targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

**Requirement**:

- Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Creative thinker with a solid grasp of product knowledge.
- Patient and skilled in verbal interactions with customers.
- Effective sales abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software systems.
- Excellent social and networking skills.

**Education**: HSC, Graduate

**Experience**: 2-4 years

**Location: Pune and Mumbai**
