Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive models.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Conduct quality control checks on models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the development of construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies.

Technical Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
- Strong understanding of building construction, architecture, and engineering principles.
- Excellent modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
