**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with the UX Designers to comprehend products, understand visual design needs and provide visual design solutions in various products.
- Create and support with icon design, data visualization design, information design, color theory and layout.
- Define visual design guidelines for a UX pattern library and mentor junior designers to create Visual specifications.
- Uphold and provide input on visual design processes.
- Juggle multiple projects within an overall while effectively managing timelines and expectations

**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- At least 4 years of Visual design experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in Visual design for responsive web-based user interfaces.
- Attention to layout details and crafting pixel -perfect visuals.
- Have a creative, positive and collaborative attitude.
- Knowledge of the entire design lifecycle, and of all typical deliverables and tasks, from concept to production.
- Proficiency in typical UI and graphics design tools, such as Adobe CC
- A passion for creating great user experiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Readiness to work in a global team with contributors from different backgrounds, skills and locations

**Desired Skills**:

- Preferred education from reputed institutes like IIT and NID.
- Graphics and visual design industry experience.
- Experience in working with a number of constraints, as well as pushing the boundaries and to innovate when necessary
- Experience and desire to work with Agile software development paradigm in a fast-paced, iterative and multi-functional environment
- Awareness of UI Design guidelines, principles and best practices for different OS.
- Education with Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent experience required, specializing in Visual design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Communication Design.
- Availability for travel and work on-site for customer projects (occasional short trips, typically less than 4 days, less than 10% total time)
- Experience in After effects or other design visualization tools
