Job Designation: Labor Officer

**Salary**: Negotiable

Work mode: on site

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Work timing: 9AM-7PM

Working Days: Rotational week off, except Sunday

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and assist with daily work schedule such as preparing work schedule, assessing performance and shift routines for field Labourers.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operation of truck drivers
- Finding Labours and directing and overseeing a team of labourers to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently and quality standards
- Responsible for supervising, directing, developing, Addressing Labourers performance concerns.
- Hire unskilled field workers
- Oversee Departmental administrative functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of task.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues on-site, utilizing technical manual tools.

1.Bold and fearless personality

2.negotiator

3.knowledge about Bihar, Bihari more preferable because labour he must find from Bihar

4.very energetic because daily walking steps will more than 5-7 km because he has to stand with labour anytime for getting the work done

5.knowledge of handling any causalities etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
