**Qualification**: B.Ed (Master’s degree in Education or related field preferred)
**Experience**: 5-10 years (in teaching or academic administration)
**Gender**: Both (Male/Female)
**Salary Range**: ₹75,000 - ₹80,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in the overall administration and smooth functioning of the school.
- Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and pedagogy.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure curriculum implementation as per standards.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and teacher evaluations.
- Manage timetables, assessments, and examination schedules.
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and welfare programs.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to maintain strong communication and collaboration.
- Organize and supervise school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
- Support teacher recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Handle administrative duties in the absence of the Principal.

- Deep understanding of educational best practices and CBSE/State Board standards.

- Experience as a **Senior Teacher, Academic Coordinator, or Head of Department**.
- Proven record of contributing to school improvement and academic excellence.
