**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Ecommerce Strategy**: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth, increase conversion rates, and enhance user experience on the website.
- **Website Management**: Manage the company's Ecommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO). Regularly update product listings, prices, and promotions.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures. Use web analytics tools to track user behavior and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to fulfill online orders. Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- **Customer Service**: Oversee customer service operations related to online sales, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing product returns and exchanges.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, sales, and product management to ensure alignment of Ecommerce activities with overall business objectives.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Ecommerce and digital marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the online shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Proven experience in Ecommerce management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms, website analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
