- Work over different customer and backbone environments
- Participate in direct communication with customers and third party companies aiming to resolve the problem
- Communicate internally with Incident Managers and Tier 1 engineers, providing help and assistance over different customers’ problems

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years of experience within Operations environment of a Service Provider or System Integrator
- Minimum 2 years of work in a technical IP support position
- Qualification: CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA or equivalent knowledge
- General knowledge of telecom industry and standards
- Excellent experience with IP, MPLS and routing knowledge (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) in an ISP and enterprise environment
- Excellent Cisco and Juniper hardware and software knowledge
- Good to have basic knowledge of SD-WAN, WAN Optimizers, NFV and Security
- Professional, structured and proactive approach
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and approachable team player
- Fast learner and interest in learning new technologies and vendors
