Job description for Executive - HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with managers to understand requirements and establish effective

recruiting strategies.

Continuously improve the timing between the first Recruiter call and offer.

Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a

regular cadence.

Work closely with the Manager HR on support required to ensure the team is successful.

Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our

existing recruiting strategy.

You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiating and

Bulk hiring

Actively participating and organizing on-campus and off-campus interviews.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications

MBA, MA, MSW - Specialization in Human Resource

Effective communication skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Microsoft Office suite

High-energy and passion

Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
