**Job Overview**:
As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating technical drawings and plans used in construction, manufacturing, engineering, and other industries. You will use computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting techniques to produce accurate and detailed drawings based on specifications and requirements provided by engineers, architects, or project managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Drawing Creation**:

- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics based on rough sketches, specifications, and instructions provided by engineers, architects, or project managers.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks, to generate 2D and 3D drawings that accurately depict dimensions, materials, and assembly processes.
- **Design Support**:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate conceptual designs and ideas into detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Review and analyze design specifications, sketches, and models to identify potential issues, discrepancies, or improvements, and make necessary revisions or adjustments as needed.
- **Document Management**:

- Organize and maintain a library of drawings, blueprints, and technical documents, ensuring they are accurately labeled, indexed, and version-controlled for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in the preparation of design documentation, including assembly instructions, parts lists, and material specifications, to support manufacturing, construction, or procurement activities.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks and reviews of drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to address feedback, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that drawings meet project requirements and objectives.
- **Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support and assistance to project teams, contractors, and clients by clarifying drawing details, answering questions, and resolving issues related to design and construction activities.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or certificate in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of **8* years of experience in AutoCAD (**roads projects*)
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as **AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks,** or similar tools.
- Knowledge of drafting principles, techniques, and standards, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and terminology is desirable.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹3.00 per month
