1. **Teaching and Lesson Planning**
- Create and follow **lesson plans** that align with school guidelines, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
- Engage students through **interactive and innovative teaching methods** (e.g., group discussions, case studies, multimedia presentations).

2. **Classroom Management**
- Maintain **discipline and order** in the classroom, creating an environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior and resolve conflicts, if necessary.

3. **Assessments and Evaluation**
- **Prepare and conduct tests, quizzes, and exams** to assess student learning.
- Provide **regular feedback** to students regarding their progress and areas for improvement.
- Keep detailed records of **student performance**, attendance, and behavior.

4. **Student Support and Guidance**
- Offer **academic support** to struggling students, providing extra help or assignments when needed.
- Guide students in **developing critical thinking** and **analytical skills** related to Social Science topics.
- Address students' **personal, academic, or social concerns** and provide advice or refer them to counselors if needed.

5. **Parent-Teacher Interaction**
- Maintain communication with parents about their child's **academic progress** and conduct.
