Junior Data Annotator

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Data Annotator to support our AI and
Machine Learning initiatives. You’ll work on tagging and organizing data that powers
intelligent systems, collaborating with engineers and researchers to improve model
performance. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and learning about AI —
this is your launchpad.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately annotate large volumes of data (text, image, documents) to train
machine learning models.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to understand requirements and review model
outputs.
- Track annotation progress, quality, and timelines.
- Help maintain clean, well-structured datasets for AI projects.
- Monitor annotation quality, log defects, and suggest improvements.
- Report issues and feedback related to annotation tools and workflows.
- Support basic script execution and version control for annotations via GitHub.
- Participate in regular quality checks and feedback loops.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in data annotation, QA, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of annotation workflows, tools, and quality metrics.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks with precision.
- Familiarity with Excel and basic SQL.
- Exposure to Python scripting and using GitHub for version control.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a learning mindset and a knack for staying organized.
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with OCR, document processing, or healthcare data.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
- Ability to spot patterns and think critically about edge cases in data.
- Ability to interpret with Power BI dashboards reports
