**Job Title**: Painter

**Department**: Engineering / Maintenance
**Reports To**: Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager
**Location**: Promenade

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
- Touch up and repaint guest rooms, public areas, hallways, and exterior walls as needed.
- Maintain records of paint supplies and request replenishments when required.
- Ensure all painting work complies with safety standards and hotel quality expectations.
- Protect surrounding areas (furniture, flooring, etc.) during work to prevent damage or spills.
- Follow hotel maintenance schedules and promptly respond to painting-related maintenance requests.
- Assist with wall repairs, wallpaper installation/removal, and minor plastering as needed.
- Collaborate with the engineering team and other departments for timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop and work areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
