**Requirements**:

- Being highly skilled at working independently and being a self-starter, but also are able to seek support and consultation when needed.
- An ability to support participants with a wide variety of concerns and approaches to drive towards change and positive outcomes.
- View feedback as an opportunity to grow, improve coaching skills on-going, and ability to use metrics to assist in driving individual improvement.
- Enthusiasm with a positive attitude, open-minded, non-judgemental, flexible, and compassionate.

**Qualification**

Post-Graduation in Psychology

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
