Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor for swift resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Provide basic technical support to customers encountering difficulties with products or services.
- Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Document technical inquiries and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Generate regular reports on customer service metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Qualification:
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and foster loyalty.
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous).
- Robust interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial but not obligatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
