To support our growth and uphold our service quality, we are seeking a **Receptionist** who will be the face of our clinic and a key part of our administrative operations.

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist all patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage patient appointments and maintain scheduling systems
- Handle billing and daily cash operations using Tally and MS Office
- Maintain front desk records, documentation, and inventory logs
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and provide basic information on services
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely patient care
- Support administrative duties and follow clinic protocols

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, customer service, or receptionist roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Tally, Billing Software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Tamil)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply

Working Hours
- Clinic Timing:
Morning: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Evening: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Treatment hours: Based on appointments
