**Telecalling Responsibilities**:

- Lead telecalling team, setting performance targets and KPIs.
- Develop scripts and call guides for telecallers.
- Train and coach telecallers on product knowledge and communication skills.
- Monitor telecalling activities and provide feedback for improvement.
- Analyze telecalling data and metrics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telecalling strategies with business objectives.

**Salary**: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Manjeri, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:
