**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in Accountancy as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Prepare students for board exams by providing clear concepts, revision strategies, and mock tests.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students in understanding complex accounting principles.
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with the latest CBSE syllabus changes and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Foster a positive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: MCom & BEd (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience in a CBSE school
- Strong knowledge of CBSE Accountancy syllabus and exam patterns
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to use technology effectively for teaching and assessment
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
