**Job Title: Multi-Skill Technician (MST)**

**Location**: Malad west Mumbai
**Reports To**: Facility Manager / Operations Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Multi-Skill Technician (MST) is responsible for performing diverse technical and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the facility. The MST will handle electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance duties to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient environment for both staff and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. General Maintenance**:

- Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of facility structures and equipment.
- Address issues related to plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and HVAC.
- Ensure all installations, including trampolines, climbing walls, slides, and foam pits, are secure and safe.

**2. Electrical and Mechanical Work**:

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, control panels, and wiring.
- Service and maintain mechanical systems such as motors, compressors, and other operational equipment.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems for proper temperature control and air quality.

**3. Plumbing and Carpentry**:

- Handle minor plumbing tasks, such as repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems.
- Perform carpentry work, including repairing wooden structures, padding installations, and general modifications.

**4. Equipment Maintenance**:

- Inspect and maintain imported and locally sourced equipment (e.g., slides, steel frames, and safety nets) as per manufacturer standards.
- Ensure equipment meets safety regulations and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment service history.

**5. Safety and Compliance**:

- Conduct safety checks on play equipment, fire systems, and electrical setups.
- Follow and enforce all health and safety guidelines, minimizing hazards and risks.
- Keep updated with local compliance standards and regulations for building maintenance.

**6. Inventory and Reporting**:

- Manage tools, spare parts, and consumables inventory to ensure availability for repairs.
- Track material usage and report daily to management.
- Assist with budgeting for maintenance tasks and procurement.

**7. Emergency Response**:

- Respond quickly to emergency repair requests during operating hours.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repair work when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a technician in a similar multi-skilled role.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC maintenance and operations.
- Competence in carpentry and general repair work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Electrical wiring and safety certifications.

**Work Environment**:

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors as required.
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and performing tasks that require manual effort.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of resolved maintenance issues.
- Uptime of equipment and facilities.
- Compliance with safety and maintenance schedules.
- Efficiency in responding to emergency maintenance requests.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
