**Position Title**: Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
**Location**: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
**Reports To**: Sr Doctor.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to diagnose oral and maxillofacial conditions.
- Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, jaw surgery, and facial reconstruction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
- Manage patient care preoperatively, intraoperatively, and postoperatively.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation of treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, recovery, and oral health.
- Stay updated with advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and technologies.
- Participate in community outreach and education programs as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
- Completion of an accredited residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS).
- Valid state dental license and any necessary surgical privileges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with advanced surgical techniques and technology.
- Proficiency in managing complex cases and emergencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Working Conditions:

- Work in a clinical setting with a combination of office hours and surgical procedures.
- May require evening or weekend hours based on patient needs.
- Regular interaction with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
