**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:
- Assess patients' medical conditions upon arrival and provide first aid or advanced life support as required.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy following established protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and record patient information for handover to hospital staff.
**Emergency Response**:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide on-site medical care at accident scenes or residences.
- Use advanced medical equipment, such as defibrillators, to stabilize patients.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals during emergency situations.
**Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance**:
- Inspect and ensure medical equipment is functioning correctly.
- Restock and sanitize medical supplies and equipment after each trip.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the ambulance.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Accurately document patient condition, treatment provided, and response during transport.
- Submit reports to supervising medical personnel or healthcare facilities.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Support ambulance drivers and other team members in patient handling and transportation.
- Participate in regular training sessions and drills to maintain readiness.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Certification**:
- Diploma or degree in paramedical sciences, nursing, or related field.
- Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in emergency medical services or healthcare.
- Familiarity with handling trauma cases and medical emergencies.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in administering emergency medical treatments and using medical equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
**Working Conditions**:
- Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to stressful environments, including accident sites and critical emergencies.
- Physical demands, including lifting patients and equipment.
- 12 hours duty
Pay: ₹12,446.34 - ₹24,000.00 per month
