*Job Description:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
- Manage online sales channels such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Aza, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, etc.
- Optimize product listings, including A+ content, to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging campaigns and promotions.
- Implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with platform requirements, policies, and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in e-commerce.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Deep knowledge of online retail platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Aza, Pernia's Pop-Up Shop, etc.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns, coupons, A+ listing, and other e-commerce features.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus.
