**Key Functional Areas of Responsibility**:
Responsible to for setting up (with partners) and tracking
data across key business areas
Tracking - business, marketing, sales, engagement and
service delivery metrics to ensure data is being captured
and tracked correctly.
Observe trends and flag positive and negative spikes.
- Analysis and deliver suggestions for optimising
campaign/promotion, marketing, media, engagement,
conversions, etc.
- Analyse and flag problem areas so that they can be
fixed
- Aid management with analytics dashboards and optimise
them for providing better visibility and business action
Building Customer Profiles based on behaviour and
optimising targeting and conversion rates based on the
same.
User journey mapping and troubleshooting drop-offs
across channels (website, app, stores) and media
sources.
- Design and analyse tests across content, media,
UI/UX, etc. to optimise journeys
- Channel and campaign attribution and ROI tracking to
optimise media spends and campaign deployment.

**Professional Skills & Qualifications**:
6 years of agency or in-house experience
Bachelor;s Degree or equivalent experience required
Must have analytics expertise and experience working
with ERP, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and major
ad platforms.
Strong sense of Marketing analytics and how to derive
actionable insights from complex data sources
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
from Marketing, Creative, IT, Finance, Merchandising, &
Brand Strategy
Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in
a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of
direction or oversight.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an
ability to synthesize technical detail and communicate to
all levels across the organization
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in an adaptive,
fast-paced environment
