**Job Title**: Primary Hindi Teacher (with Telugu Proficiency)

**Location**: VIBHA SCHOOL, KISTAPUR,MEDCHAL

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for primary classes.
- Develop age-appropriate teaching materials, worksheets, and activities.
- Foster interest in the Hindi language through interactive and activity-based learning.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with parents (in **Telugu**) regarding student performance and progress.
- Maintain discipline, classroom management, and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure holistic student development.
- Participate in school events, cultural activities, and language-based programs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi / Education (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in **Primary Grades** is desirable.
- **Proficiency in Telugu (compulsory)** - both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent command over Hindi language (reading, writing, grammar, and communication).
- Fluency in **Telugu** for communication with students and parents.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in handling young children.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching.

**Work Conditions**:

- Full-time position within the school campus.
- Working hours as per school schedule.
- Additional duties during school events and examinations.

Pay: ₹10,438.37 - ₹24,101.18 per month
