**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**:

- Design and create high-quality visuals for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and website graphics.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts for print and digital media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts.
- Ensure all videos are visually appealing, engaging, and on-brand.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Assist with other marketing and creative projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) & Canva is essential.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a creative approach.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of video marketing best practices.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
