**Position: Project Lead**

**Location: Pune (preferred)**

Project Lead is responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to completion. This individual will work closely with Project Manager, client stakeholders and project team members to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions that align with client’s business objectives. Project Lead will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, while also maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

**Will need to **
- Collaborate with client’s key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analyze process and system and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with functional departments and end users, analyze requirements and present effectively
- Be able to compile and present information orally, visually and in writing
- Work directly with stakeholders (domestic and international clients) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
- Experience managing projects across cross scrum teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Delegate tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short
- and long-term goals
- Meet budgets and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as team members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently / Self-driven
- Responsible for end-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders
- Effectively cooperate with customers, technical staff and leaders, business leaders and executives
- Make sense of ambiguity, define and plan project tasks / programs in a fast paced and highly technical organization, and secure buy in from internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, testers, product managers, business analysts, architects and leaders to define and lead projects
- Analyze client requirements and prepare the required documents for business processes and execution of same.
- Team skills with ability to work well with other team members across different locations with exceptional interpersonal, team building and coordination skills

**What you expected to do**
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Monitor and track project and team. Provide assistance to the team to overcome any blockages in the project
- Periodic Produce reports to support the project
- Be excited about learning the newest trends you don't know.
